Objectives

We are working closely with Canary Wharf Residential Management to complete annual inspections of all communal and apartment doors to ensure they are suitably maintained, work correctly, and no damage has occurred. The results were logged on our door app, with photos and corrective actions and this was submitted to the client in a comprehensive report. We then schedule our fire door technicians to attend the site and rectify the remedial works as per our agreed schedule of rates.

Project Challenges

Working in buildings with a high finish decoration and carrying out the repairs, making sure noise and disruption was kept to a minimum allowing the residents to go about their business.
