Objectives

The project was to carry out fire safety works, running new submains to the apartments, and passive fire protection elements of the building with redecoration and carpets.

Our Works in particular were:

  • New apartment front doorsets
  • New communal doorsets
  • Passive fire protection of existing & new services
  • New fire-rated drylining encasement of the new submains from the basement up to the 7th floor
  • New ceiling in the communal corridors.

Project Challenges

Creating the new doorsets and side wall detail to keep in line with the Listed building status, working through and firestopping existing services in limited access and unorthodox configurations
