Objectives
We are working closely with Rendall & Rittner Ltd to complete annual inspections of all communal and apartment doors to ensure they are suitably maintained, work correctly, and no damage has occurred. The results are logged on our door app, with photos and corrective actions and this was submitted to the client in a comprehensive report.
If agreed we then schedule our fire door technicians to attend the site and rectify the remedial works as per our agreed schedule of rates.
Project Challenges
Gaining access to apartment front doors as many residents worked at various times of the day. We implemented a digital booking system with a QR code which allowed residents to book a 10-minute slot at their convenience.
